7. Almas Towers | Dubai’s tallest structure

The Almas Tower is also known as the “diamond tower”, a high-rise office building located in the Jumeirah Lake Tower Freezone. This structure was inspired by the unique shape of diamonds. The Diamond Exchange is located on a two-story platform. It is decorated with eight triangles, which are inspired by the facets of a cut stone.

It is located at Sheik Zayed Road and has 528 luxury suites and rooms. There are also eating places, a pool deck, and leisure facilities. According to Guinness World Records, it is the tallest hotel in the world. Its glass façade allows for natural light to penetrate all floors.

9. JW Marriott Marquis | Dubai Building (355m)

The 5-star, luxury hotel is located in Business Bay on Sheikh Zayed Road. Two towers of the hotel are built in an expressionist style, drawing inspiration from the date palm tree which is a symbol of Arab culture. They are situated on a seven-story platform that houses all the public amenities.

10. Emirates Office Towers (3554.6m) Dubai’s tallest structure

The Emirates Towers was built in 2000 and is one of the most prominent skyscrapers to have ever appeared on Sheikh Zayed Road. Boulevard is a two-story shopping area connecting the two buildings. It has 54 stories.
